JOB OVERVIEW
As a Project Manager & Brand Strategist at Crookes & Co, you will play a pivotal role in managing and shaping the success of our clients' brands and projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to drive projects from conception to completion. Your ability to lead and inspire, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branding and marketing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they align with client objectives and meet quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive brand and marketing strategies, including market research, competitive analysis, and target audience identification.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling and effective brand assets, marketing collateral, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Identify and manage potential project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services.
- Oversee and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Create and communicate project schedules, dependencies, tasks, and milestones to clarify roles, responsibilities, and timelines.

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and brand strategy, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
