DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our agency’s digital strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, content development, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled at delivering impactful digital marketing solutions.
JOB OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strategise, plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across social media, search, email, and paid media.
- Identify new opportunities for audience growth, lead generation, and brand engagement.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through audience insights, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals across all digital channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices.
Website & Platform Management:
- Manage website performance, user experience (UX/UI), and content updates.
- Oversee SEO and web analytics to improve site traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to enhance digital platforms.
Content Creation:
- Create and manage high-quality digital content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media, websites, email campaigns and paid media.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and responding to audience engagement.
- Collaborate with design team to produce multimedia content.
Data, Analytics & Performance Optimisation:
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve digital effectiveness.
- Generate reports that provide actionable recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and performance analysis to refine strategies.
Project & Team Co-ordination:
- Manage digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Provide guidance and oversight to any junior team members where necessary.
Technology & Innovation:
- Identify and implement digital tools, automation, and software solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital technologies with marketing and business processes.
- Manage digital assets, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Skills & Experience Required:
- +5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and social media management and analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar.)
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in campaign performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and content strategy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A strategic thinker who can see both the big picture and the crucial details.
- A strong communicator, capable of managing high-level relationships with diplomacy and discretion.
- A fast-paced, solutions-driven executor, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease.
- Passionate about marketing and design, with an appreciation for the fast-moving nature of the industry.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video)
- Google Analytics Certification
- Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification
- HubSpot Content Marketing or Email Marketing Certification
- SEMrush or Yoast SEO Certification
